The Ilan Lev Method works on improving the body’s funtionality, release tension and blockages through gentle movement. It has been created by Ilan Lev from Israel, who was first a student of Moshe Feldenkreis.

The aim is to find ways for the body to move efficiently, easly, with lot of joy and energy.

The method works through the nervous system to create a rich and powerful dialogue between the practitioner and the client that support the natural ability of body and mind to self-heal.
Movement returns to parts of the body where communication was cut-off or stopped due to injury, pain or emotional issues.
